Understand the costs for WhatsApp Business as a 360Dialog Direct Client.

You can start using the 360Dialog WhatsApp Business API in two ways:

1. Direct with 360dialog

   • You sign up and manage your account in the 360Dialog Client Hub.

   • Billing, support, and technical setup are handled directly with 360Dialog.

2. Through a 360Dialog Partner

   • Many partners integrate 360dialog into their own platforms.

   • You onboard via the partner’s system, and they provide the first line of support and account management.

   • Billing may also be managed by the partner.

   We recommend contacting your chosen integration partner before signing up directly with 360Dialog.

Both paths connect you to the same WhatsApp Business API via 360Dialog — the only difference is whether you work directly with us or through a partner solution that best fits your business needs.

What to expect

As soon as you add your first number to 360Dialog, billing will start. The first licence fee is usually pro-rata based until the end of the month.

Expect at least two separate charges each month:

• Licence fee (per number)

• Messaging costs (based on usage)

Each number hosted by 360Dialog requires a monthly license. Multiple pricing tiers are available depending on your needs.

Billing starts as soon as a number is onboarded, even if messaging capabilities are not yet active.

Please also expect additional fees and invoices for any other featured add-ons, e.g 360Pilot.

WhatsApp Cost Per Message

Some messages generate costs while others are free on the WhatsApp Business Platform. For more information, see Bilalbe vs Non-Billable Messages.

Rate Cards

Meta’s official Rate Cards define the price per message.

Pricing depends on:

• Template category

• Recipient country prefix code

• Monthly volume tier

Always refer to the official Rate Cards for the most accurate and up-to-date prices.
